What are the delivery charges on Clockify?

Clockify provides free of cost delivery on any order value purchased from www.clockify.in for places designated as Serviceable pin codes. For far off places falling outside the designated area for free-shipping, an additional Outside Delivery Area Charge of INR 2,000 may be charged over and above the cost of the product.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Clockify generally procures and ships the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Shoppers should check with the customer care of Clockify to determine the delivery time required for their locations. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability with the warehouse, and could vary between each store offering the product. While Clockify can commit on the date of dispatch of a product from their warehouse, however, any delay during the transit of the shipment by the courier partner is not directly under the control of Clockify and the company cannot be held liable for it.

'In Stock'

For items listed as "In Stock", Clockify will mention the shipping time as 7-10 business days (in areas where standard courier service is available), from the date of placing the order. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 15-21 business days depending on the location.

Sometimes, items have to be imported by Clockify Swiss Watch Studios from outside India. These items are mentioned sometimes as 'on Order' on the product page and can take at least 14-21 business days or more to be delivered to the customers.

'Pre-order' or 'Forthcoming'

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for a customer. The item will be shipped to the customer within 5 days of Clockify receiving the first shipment from the brand.

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and has been sold out. Customers can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by Clockify.

'Temporarily Unavailable' | 'Out of Stock' | Permanently Discontinued

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon. Customers should use the 'Notify Me' feature (if available against the respective product) for an update on when it is available for purchase again.

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc) on items sold by Clockify?

There are zero hidden charges when a customer makes a purchase on Clockify. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price that customers see on the product page is exactly what they pay.

Delivery charges may be extra depending on the serviceability of the pin code and the Clockify policy (mentioned earlier). Shoppers should check with the customer care of Clockify for the same.

Clockify does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

There are instances when Clockify cannot ship to some locations. This could be a consequence of general regulations or serviceability issues.

At times Clockify prefers not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at the discretion of Clockify.

Does Clockify deliver internationally?

As of now, Clockify does not deliver items internationally.
